Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome

A multicentre retrospective study revealed that 38% of patients had greater than 75% reduction in seizure frequency when treated with VNS Therapy after 6 months.¹ Results also showed a significant reduction in drop attack seizures.² Improvements in quality-of-life benefits, particularly enhanced alertness, were noted and these improvements were not necessarily associated with seizure control.¹
