Aurora BioScience signs exclusive distribution agreement with Matritech Inc.
Aurora BioScience Pty. Ltd. today announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Matritech Inc. for its NMP22® Test Kit and NMP22® BladderChek® Test. Under the agreement Aurora Bioscience will be exclusively responsible for the sales, marketing and registration in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Our agreement with Matritech underlines Aurora BioScience’s commitment to providing novel and potentially life saving technologies to the local medical community. It also strengthens our range of products specifically for both Oncology and Urology” said Darren Banks, Managing Director of Aurora BioScience today.
Matritech’s NMP22® Test Kit and NMP22® BladderChek® Test, have been FDA approved for the monitoring and diagnosis of bladder cancer. The NMP22 BladderChek Test is based on Matritech's proprietary nuclear matrix protein (NMP) technology, which correlates levels of NMPs in body fluids to the presence of cancer.
